Is it getting hot out there? This weekend, temperatures will rise even more in many Brazilian cities. And for refresh the body without losing your figurewe have separated 3 recipes for non-alcoholic drinks (the famous ones mocktails!). Check it out:

Lavender lemonade

Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1 tablespoon dried edible lavender
  • Lavender for decoration (optional)
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Preparation mode

Boil the water, turn off the heat and add the dried lavender. Let it infuse for 30 minutes, add the lemon juice and strain. Add the honey or agave and mix. Pour into a glass with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon and lavender.

Strawberry and Mint Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 can of sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave

Preparation mode

In a blender or mixer, blend the strawberries, mint, lemon juice, honey or agave, and half of the can of sparkling water until smooth. Pour into a glass with the remaining sparkling water. Garnish with strawberries and mint.

Non-alcoholic caipirinha with ginger, water, chia and lemon

Ingredients

  • 2 limões-tahiti
  • 1 tablespoon of hydrated chia
  • 3 tablespoons ginger water (just boil ginger pieces in water)
  • 200ml of water
  • Ice to taste
  • Drops of sweetener

Preparation mode

Cut the lemon in half, remove the white part between the segments to avoid bitterness. Remove the segments from the lemon and mix all the ingredients in a glass. Drink the caipirinha very cold.
