Palm heart protein cake

Ingredients
100g golden linseed flour
½ onion
Coconut oil
pink salt
100ml of water
500g chopped palm heart
1 tablespoon of tahini
Salt and herbs to taste
Preparation mode
Place the flaxseed in a bowl and add 100ml of water. Mix with your hands until you get a dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough on a table on top of the baking paper. Add the filling, close the pastry and cut with a wide-mouth glass. Place the pastry in a pan greased with olive oil to bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Salty fit
Ingredients
1 cup shredded chicken
2 steamed cauliflower florets
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cabbage (chá) of pink salt
1 tablespoon coconut flour and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for breading)
2 tablespoons of buffalo curd;
Herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary).
Preparation mode
Blend the chicken, cauliflower, garlic, onion, oregano and salt in a blender (or put it in a food processor) until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Prepare the filling: in a small container, mix the cream cheese with the herbs. Place the dough between two pieces of plastic wrap and roll it out with your hands. Divide it into two parts, place the filling in the center, fold and close the sides well, pressing the edges. Dip in coconut flour and then in sesame seeds. Place in the preheated oven at 180 ˚C and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Quinoa muffin with chicken
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup cooked chicken, seasoned and shredded
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup (tea) almond flour
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 spoon (coffee) baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation mode
Mix the ingredients and place in molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Protein wrap
Ingredients
1 wholemeal tortilla (Rap 10 type)
1 large leaf of iceberg lettuce
Herbs and spices (oregano, basil, cayenne) to taste
2 col. grated carrot (soup)
2 col. cooked and shredded chicken breast (soup)
1 col. (soup) of peeled cauliflower
1 col. balsamic vinegar (soup)
Preparation mode
Place the lettuce on the tortilla and season with the herbs. Spread the carrot already mixed with the shredded chicken and curd on top. Roll up into a wrap.

1 ovo
1 mashed banana
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 scoop de whey protein

Ingredients
440 g of cooked chickpeas;
1 teaspoon of chia seeds;
1 teaspoon of golden linseed flour;
60 grams of butter;
Salt to taste.
300g boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded;
Curry to taste;
Oregano to taste;
black pepper;
4 tablespoons of light catupiry cheese;
1 large onion chopped and sautéed
4 cloves of garlic, chopped and crushed.
Preparation mode
Blend the chickpeas in a food processor or mash them with a fork. Add the butter, flaxseed and chia until it becomes a moldable dough.
With the dough, line small silicone molds and make small holes with a fork. Bake in a medium oven for 10 minutes, don't forget to reserve some of the dough to cover later.
Sauté the garlic, add the chicken, onion, tomato sauce, curry, oregano and let the flavor develop. Mix the catupiry. Fill and cover the molds with the rest of the dough. Place in the oven again until golden and serve.
