  • 2 tablespoons softened butter;
  • ½ cup of sugar;
  • 1 ovo;
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk;
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
  • 1 cup almond flour;
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder;
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • ¼ cup chopped whole natural almonds;
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips;
  • Almonds to taste for decoration.

Preparation mode

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk in egg. Whisk in almond milk and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add to butter mixture and beat just until combined. Stir in chopped almonds and chocolate chips. Coat an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
