When that sweet tooth hits, it's always good to have healthier recipes up your sleeve. This is the case with this protein mug cake chocolate.
Very easy to make, it uses lighter and healthier ingredients, such as oat flour and dark chocolate powder, as well as whey protein to contribute to your daily protein intake.

Protein chocolate cake in a mug
Ingredients
- 1 ovo
- 2 tablespoons of oat flour
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 scoop of chocolate flavor whey protein
- 1 tablespoon (shallow) semi-sweet chocolate powder
- 2 dessert spoons of stevia sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
Preparation mode
In a container, place the egg, oat flour and mix. Then add the water and stir again. Add the whey protein, chocolate, sweetener, yeast and mix until everything is incorporated. Transfer to a mug and microwave on high power for 1 and a half minutes.
