  • 1kg ripe tomato
  • 1 large onion

  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 stalks of celery

Cut the tomatoes in half and the onion into four pieces. Then place them in a large pan along with the salt. Top up with water and bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Then, remove from the heat and let it cool.
